Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free experience for every celebration.
Thank you for choosing Bumble Vee Events and Rental for your special event. Our goal is to provide high-quality rentals and services while making your event experience smooth and stress-free.
Booking & Reservation Policy
A signed rental agreement and required deposit are required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until payment and confirmation have been received.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon due date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your event date. Rescheduling is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
Rental Equipment Policy
- All rental items remain the property of Bumble Vee Events and Rental. The customer is responsible for all items from delivery/setup until return or pickup.
- Customers are responsible for any lost, stolen, broken, damaged, or misused items. Additional repair, replacement, or cleaning fees may apply.
Delivery & Setup Policy
Customers must provide accurate event details, including location, parking, access information, stairs, and setup requirements.
Weather Policy
Outdoor events must have a safe setup area and backup plan for severe weather. Unsafe conditions may require changes to rentals or services.
Custom Treat & Personalized Order Policy
- All custom treats, personalized items, and edible products are made specifically for each customer. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
- Customers are responsible for approving all names, dates, spellings, colors, and design details before production.
Client Responsibility Policy
The client is responsible for providing a safe environment for setup, use, and pickup of all rentals.
Agreement
By booking with Bumble Vee Events and Rental, the customer agrees to all policies listed above and accepts responsibility for payment and rental items.
